L’Observation G\u00e9n\u00e9rale n\u00b0 26 est l’orientation officielle du Comit\u00e9 des droits de l’enfant des Nations Unies sur la mani\u00e8re dont les droits de l’enfant sont affect\u00e9s par la crise environnementale et sur ce que les gouvernements doivent faire pour d\u00e9fendre ces droits et garantir que les enfants vivent dans un monde propre, sain et durable.<\/p>\n

Une s\u00e9rie de consultations en ligne et hors ligne ont eu lieu aux niveaux local, r\u00e9gional et mondial entre d\u00e9cembre 2021 et f\u00e9vrier 2023 afin de documenter la r\u00e9daction de l’Observation G\u00e9n\u00e9rale. Elles ont inclus une diversit\u00e9 de parties prenantes, en particulier les enfants, les jeunes et les communaut\u00e9s les plus touch\u00e9es par la crise environnementale. La premi\u00e8re phase de consultations a permis d’\u00e9laborer l’avant-projet de l’Observation G\u00e9n\u00e9rale, tandis que la seconde a permis de recueillir des commentaires sur l’avant-projet.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
